Coach me
like you mean it.
Private 1:1 coaching. Training, food, bloodwork and recovery, all built around you and steered every week by me. I keep the roster small enough that you get a real coach instead of a login.
A few spots open at a time
What you get
One engagement, six moving parts. They are priced and delivered together because they only work together.
Training built for you
A program written from your movement screen, injury history, schedule and goal. Rewritten every block as you change, not recycled from a library.
Nutrition that survives your life
Protein and calorie targets, a short list of meals you like, and rules for travel and restaurants. Reviewed and adjusted every couple of weeks.
Bloodwork, read and applied
We get a full panel at the start and again down the road. I walk you through what came back and turn it into changes you can act on.
Sleep and recovery
A recovery plan that fits a real schedule, with deloads planned in advance and honest conversations about stress and sleep.
Weekly check-ins
Every week: your numbers, your photos, your questions, my response. This is where the plan actually gets steered.
Direct access to me
You message me, not a support desk or an assistant coach. It is why the roster stays small.
This is for you if
- You want one plan that covers training, food, testing and recovery instead of four disconnected ones
- You are willing to be coached, including on the parts you would rather skip
- You can commit to a few months, not a few weeks
- You want somebody accountable to you by name
This is not for you if
- You are looking for the cheapest program you can find
- You want a template PDF and no conversation
- You are hoping to skip food and sleep and fix it with supplements
- You need medical treatment for a diagnosed condition — see your physician first
How it starts
01
Send the form
Tell me where you are and what you want. Takes two minutes. I read every one myself.
02
We talk
A twenty-minute call within a couple of days. I ask questions, you ask questions, and we both find out whether this is a fit. I give you the price on that call.
03
You start
If we both want to work together, onboarding goes out the same week: baseline, labs if you are doing them, and your first training block.
Let's talk
Fill this out and I will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with times for a call. No payment now, and nothing gets charged until we have both agreed this makes sense.
- A real conversation, not a scripted sales call
- Straight answers on cost, timeline and what is realistic
- If it is not a fit, I will tell you where to go instead

Before you ask
What does coaching cost?
It is a premium monthly engagement, billed month to month, and I would rather give you the number on a call than hang it next to a checkout button. On the consult I will lay out exactly what is included, what it costs, and what results are realistic for you. If the number is wrong for where you are right now, I will say so and point you at something that fits better.
Why is there a consult instead of a buy button?
Because I take a small number of clients and I am useless to you if you are not a fit. Twenty minutes on a call tells us both more than any sales page. There is no pressure on that call and no obligation afterwards.
Is this remote or in person?
Fully remote. Programming, check-ins and messaging all happen online, so it works wherever you live. I spend most of the year on the road myself, so the whole system is built to travel.
What equipment do I need?
A commercial gym is ideal. A decent home setup with a barbell, rack and dumbbells works fine. Tell me what you have on the consult and I will tell you honestly whether we can build something good with it.
How long do people usually stay?
Most clients run three to six months to get a real change, and some stay on longer to keep it. There is no long-term contract — you can stop at the end of any month.
Do I have to do bloodwork?
It is strongly encouraged, not mandatory. Working without labs means guessing about half the picture. If the cost is not workable right now, we start with training and food and add testing when it makes sense.
Can you help with an injury?
I can program around one and I am careful about it. I cannot diagnose or rehab it. If something needs a professional, I will tell you to go see one and then work alongside what they prescribe.
Coaching is fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace your physician.
