What we collect

When you request the free routine, join a waitlist, or request a pitching analysis, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, and any details you share about your athlete. That's it — no accounts, no tracking pixels stuffed in emails.

How it's used

Your email is used to deliver what you asked for (the routine PDF, waitlist updates, or a reply to your analysis request) and — if you opted in — The Southpaw Signal newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Information about minors submitted by a parent or guardian is used only to deliver coaching services.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand page performance. It does not use advertising cookies.
